Once I understood the ‘why’ and the ‘how'
my confidence grew immediatelyLeadership Unlocked exceeded my expectations. The content was outstanding, the practical tools were easy to apply, and the different styles of the facilitators kept it engaging and relevant for everyone. The biggest shift for me was learning how to approach courageous conversations. Once I understood the ‘why’ and the ‘how,’ my confidence grew immediately. I had a conversation with a colleague that I’d been avoiding, and it went really well. That experience alone showed me the impact of what we were learning. I only wish this programme had been around years ago; it would have made leadership so much easier. I’ve never been on anything as good as this. It’s amazing, enabling, and confidence-building.

Refreshing…it gives new leaders direction
Several weeks ago, I attended the “Leadership Unlocked” workshop offered by Leadership Fit and I can honestly say that it was a wholly positive experience. Often times people enter management roles without a clear understanding of what quality leadership looks like, let alone how to pursue it. The workshop addresses this knowledge gap by discussing important tenets of leaderships such as generating trust and applying values, as well discussing practical applications, such as dealing with conflict in the workspace. I found the entire workshop to be refreshing and I deeply resonated with the principles being discussed. I would highly recommend this workshop for managers at all levels, as it gives new leaders direction and seasoned leaders resources to maintain their development.

It all connects in a way that makes sense and is practical to apply
Paul Fleet, Manager
Otago, New Zealand. February 2025

I’ve been on a lot of leadership courses, but Leadership Unlocked is the best programme I’ve ever attended. What stood out was how much it focused on people — values, trust, and the impact of how you show up as a leader. The facilitators modelled vulnerability themselves, which created a safe environment for us to open up and learn. What makes this programme stand apart is the way everything flows logically: from understanding yourself, to values, to trust, to capabilities. It all connects in a way that makes sense and is practical to apply. It would have taken me years to learn what I got out of this course. If you’re willing to listen and take it on board, Leadership Unlocked will fast-track your leadership journey, whether you’re new to leading or have been doing it for a while.
The course wasn’t just professionally enriching; it snuck into my personal life too
Joyce Thomas, Manager
Otago, New Zealand. February 2025

Attending the leadership course was like hitting the refresh button on my leadership mindset. The course wasn’t just professionally enriching; it snuck into my personal life too (in a good way!). My favourite part was the deep dive into emotional intelligence, it helped me realise that judging someone based on a ten-minute interaction is like reviewing a movie after watching only the trailer. It opened a new way of thinking: instead of reacting emotionally, I now know to pause and ask, “What’s really going on here?” Over two days, I found myself not just learning but questioning and reflecting on what leadership really means. When you pass on strong leadership skills, you’re not just influencing your team, you’re planting seeds for future leaders wherever they go. It’s a ripple effect that can genuinely influence the change you want to see in the world.

Leadership Unlocked exceeded my expectations.

The course wasn’t just professionally enriching; it snuck into my personal life too
Attending the leadership course was like hitting the refresh button on my leadership mindset.
